Dette innlegget skrives for å be Tamilene i Norge om å være oppmerksomme på og ta avstand fra et valg som arrangeres av udemokratiske krefter, nemlig de kreftene som har representert, arbeidet for og samlet penger til Tigrenes (LTTE) agenda i det skjulte.(ஆங்கில மொழியில் கட்டுரையை காண இறுதிப்பகுதிக்குச் செல்க)
De har nå plutselig fått behov for å gå i dekning for å fortsette med sine aktiviteter etter at LTTE på verdensbasis er blitt fraksjonert i flere grupperinger og ikke har noen konkret ledelse lenger. De hadde ikke slike behov før, mens LTTE var organisert under en og samme ledelse.
Da LTTE var en sterk organisasjon med en tydelig ledelse og førte en “frigjøringskamp” på Sri Lanka, ga folk i utlandet støtte til “frihetsbekjempelse” med penger. Noen betalte frivillig og noen ville unngå konfrontasjoner. Den gangen unnlot folk å reise spørsmål om regnskap for og eierskap til de enorme pengeressursene i størrelsesorden flere milliarder dollar.
Etter at LTTE ble beseiret og knust militært på Sri Lanka av den singalesiske hæren begynte fraksjonering innad LTTE i utlandet. Forvaltning av og eierskap til disse midlene var en av årsakene til uenigheten.
De midlene er folkets ressurs og folk har krav på offentliggjøring av regnskap og eierskap. Midlene skal returneres tilbake til folkets velferd på Sri Lanka.
De som støttet LTTE med penger og de som var med på å samle penger til ofrene etter Tsunamien har nå begynt å kreve innsyn i regnskapet til disse midlene.
Den fraksjonen som ville sette lokk på pengesekkene hadde ikke noen andre valg enn å måtte vise til folk at de fremdeles er aktiv og ville arbeide for det formål å danne en uavhengig og suveren stat for tamiler på Sri Lanka. Dette kan gi dem grunnlag for å beholde ressursene og berolige folk som reiser spørsmål om de midlene de har gitt.
Den fraksjonen måtte nå skifte antrekk.

De samme kreftene lokalt og i andre deler av verden, som var med på å skape frykt og hadde jerngrep over sine egne folk ikke for så lenge siden, har plutselig gått over til “demokrati” uten å innrømme noe eller å ta selvkritikk for noe.
Kan dere gå til folk med en unnskyldning om at dere var med i en organisasjon hvor fascismen var metoden og svarte med døden til folk som krevde demokrati?
Hvordan kan det de lidelsene den tamilske befolkningen måtte tåle under deres jerngrep både på Sri Lanka og i utlandet rettferdiggjøres?
Har dere noen gang gått i mot drapene og utdrivelsene som ble utført mot den uskylige singalesiske og muslimske befolkningen?
Kan dere svare for regnskapet, og kan dere offentliggjøre det?
Kan dere være med og kreve tilbake disse midlene og overføre det som et folkets fellesfond?
Jeg tar nedenfor et utdrag fra en webside for en slik nylig konstituert organisasjon med navn “Landsrådet for Eelam tamiler i Norge” og samtidig retter jeg disse ovennevnte spørsmålene til denne organisasjonen.
Et av vedtakene til denne organisasjonen var ifølge deres nettside å “arbeide for uavhengighet, suverenitet og utvikling for Eelam tamiler i deres hjemland: Organisasjonen vil støtte opp om formasjon av en uavhengig og suveren stat for Eelam tamiler i nordlige og østlige deler av Sri Lanka. Dette er basert på at Sri Lanka utgjør en egen nasjon, med et eget tradisjonelt territorium. Tamilene har selvbestemmelsesrett og har rett til å danne en uavhengig og suveren stat som følge av mandat gitt av befolkningen ved siste frie valg på Sri Lanka i 1977 og som 98,95 Eelam tamiler i Norge ga sitt mandat til under folkeavstemningen 10.05.09. Denne refereres som Norsk Tamilsk Mandat 2009 (NTM-2009). Organisasjon skal arbeide for anerkjennelse og aksept av Tamil Eelam hos det internasjonale samfunnet.”
Så lenge disse organisasjonene ikke er villig til drøfte og svare på disse spørsmålene i offentlighet, har vi all grunn til å tro at de har gått i dekning under falske demokratiske navn.
Avsenderen av dette innlegget ønsker at tamilene i Norge sammen skal arbeide for forsoning og fred på Sri Lanka. Vi må være med på å skape en varig løsning på konflikten i vårt hjemland ved å danne allianse med våre singalesiske og muslimske brødre og søstre.
Avsenderen vil også understreke at jeg tar avstand fra foreninger som forsøker å skape større splid mellom folkegruppene på Sri Lanka.

The reason for this post is to ask the tamils in Norway to be aware of and to take distance from an election scheduled to be conducted by the same undemocratic forces who represented, worked for and collected money for the Tigers (LTTE) agenda in secret, not so long ago. These forces has now suddenly been required to go under cover to continue with their activities after the LTTE on a global basis has been fractionated into several groups and has no specific direction anymore. They had no such need before because the LTTE was organized under a single strong leadership.
When the LTTE was strong organized under the same management at that time and led a “liberation struggle” in Sri Lanka, people in other countries gave support to their “freedom fighting” with money. Some paid with will and some will avoid confrontations. At the time, the people ignored to raise questions about accounting and ownership of the vast monetary resources in the order of several billion dollars.
After the LTTE is defeated and crushed militarily in Sri Lanka by the Sinhala army in which many thousands were killed in the fighting, fractionation began within the LTTE in foreign countries. The management and ownership of these assets was one of the causes of bickering.
The funds are the people’s resources and people are entitled to disclosure of accounting and ownership. The funds must be transformed as people’s fund and returned back to the badly affected people’s welfare in Sri Lanka.
Those who did support the LTTE with money and those who helped to collect money for the Tsunami are now beginning to demand access and accounting of these funds.
The faction that wanted to put a lid on the money bags had no choice but to have to show to people that they are still active and will work for the purpose of forming an independent and sovereign state for Tamils in Sri Lanka. This may give them reason to keep the resource tendon and reassure people that raises questions about the funds they gave that time to these forces abroad.
The faction has changed the tactics and in need for different outfits.
Tiger in sheep’s clothing
The same forces locally and in other places, which were engaged in creating fear and had the iron grip over his own people not so long ago, suddenly passed to the “democracy” without admitting or talking about their past by taking self-criticism / critique of the following:
Can you go to people with an excuse that you were with in an organization where fascism was the method and black with the death of people who demanded democracy to the people?
How can it be justified that the suffering Tamil people had to endure under their iron grip on both Sri Lanka and abroad?
Have you ever stod against the killings and the expulsion they committed against the innocents Sinhalese and Muslim population?
Can you help to answer or raise questions about the disclosure of accounting of the total funds? Can you help to reclaim the funds and transfer it to a people’s common fund?
I take below an excerpt from a web page for such a newly constituted organization with the name “Norwegian council of Eelam Tamils” and direct all these questions above to this organization.
According to their website, one of the main aims of this organization is:
Working for independence, sovereignty and development of Eelam Tamils in their homeland: The Council shall voice for the formation of the independent and sovereign state of Tamil Eelam in the contiguous north and east of the island of Sri Lanka (North-East) on the basis that the Tamils in the island of Sri Lanka constitute a distinct nation, have a traditional homeland, have the right to self-determination and aspire for the formation of independent and sovereign state of Tamil Eelam in their homeland as mandated by the people of the North-East in the General Election of 1977 in the island and reaffirmed by 98.95 percent of Eelam Tamils in Norway in the referendum held on 10 May, 2009, which is referred to as The Norwegian Tamil Mandate 2009 (NTM-2009). The Council shall work for the recognition and acceptance of Tamil Eelam by the International Community and is determined to guard against any efforts from any quarter prevailing upon Eelam Tamils to surrender their sovereignty.
As long as these organizations are not willing to discuss and answer these questions the general public are engaged with, we have every reason to believe that they have gone under cover of false democratic name.
The sender of this post would like the Tamils in Norway to work together for reconciliation and peace in Sri Lanka and to create a lasting solution to the conflict in our homeland by forming alliance with our Sinhalese and Muslim brothers and sisters.
The sender will also stress that people would take distance from the associations that try to create greater divisions between ethnic groups in Sri Lanka.
